1.1 Description: Heroic Prep provides Amazon preparation services, which include but are not limited to product inspection, labeling, packaging, shipping, and related consulting services (collectively, the "Services"). Our Services are designed to assist individuals and businesses in preparing their products for sale on the Amazon platform.
1.2 Eligibility: By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are using our Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement.
- Account Registration
2.1 Account Creation: In order to access and use our Services, you may be required to create an account with Heroic Prep. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account login information and password.
2.2 Account Usage: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe that you have violated any provision of this Agreement.
- Fees and Payments
3.1 Pricing: The pricing for our Services is available on our website or as otherwise communicated to you. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time without notice.
3.2 Payment Terms: You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Services as set forth in our pricing schedule. Payments must be made in full and in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to pay the fees may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our Services.

7.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
7.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, either party may seek remedies through binding arbitration, conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- General Provisions
8.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Heroic Prep regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations.
8.2 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8.3 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Agreement on our website. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates.
